Installation

Unpack and inspect contents. Place on stable, well-ventilated surface.

  1. Connect to TV: Use included HDMI cable to connect HDMI OUT on player to HDMI IN on TV.
  2. Connect to network: Use Ethernet cable for wired connection or set up Wi-Fi wirelessly.
  3. Connect power: Plug AC power cord into player and wall outlet.
  4. Connect optional audio: Use DIGITAL AUDIO OUT (OPTICAL) to AV receiver if needed.

WARNING! Ensure proper ventilation; do not block vents. Use correct power voltage (120V).

First-Time Setup

Power on player and TV; follow on-screen setup guide.

  1. Select language: Choose preferred menu language (default ENGLISH).
  2. Connect to Internet: Select network (Wi-Fi or wired) and enter credentials.
  3. Set display settings: Configure resolution (Auto, 1080p, 4K Upscaling) based on TV capability.

Quick Settings: Press OPTIONS during playback for scene search, audio/subtitle selection, picture adjustments.

Connecting Devices

TV: HDMI (primary). Network: Ethernet or Wi-Fi. Audio System: Optical audio or HDMI ARC. USB: Front/rear port for storage devices.

  1. Turn off all devices before connecting cables.
  2. Use high-speed HDMI cable for best performance.
  3. Select correct input on TV (e.g., HDMI 1).
  4. For USB, ensure device is formatted in FAT32 or exFAT.

Tip: For 4K upscaling, enable "4K Upscaling" in Video Settings and use a 4K-compatible TV.

Playing Disc & Media

Supports Blu-ray, DVD, CD, and USB media files (MP4, MKV, MP3, JPEG).

  1. Insert disc: Press OPEN/CLOSE, place disc label side up.
  2. Play: Press PLAY; use TOP MENU or POP-UP MENU for disc features.
  3. Navigate: Use arrow buttons and ENTER to select chapters/titles.
  4. Search: Press SKIP or SCROLL for fast forward/rewind; use SEARCH for scene search.
  5. Audio/Subtitle: Press AUDIO or SUBTITLE during playback to change tracks.
  6. USB Playback: Insert USB device, select from Home Menu > USB.
  7. Resume Play: Some discs resume from stop point; check disc compatibility.

WARNING! Do not use damaged or irregular-shaped discs. Keep fingers away from disc tray.

Network & Streaming

Access streaming apps via Home Menu. Requires Internet connection.

  1. Connect to network: Settings > Network Settings > Internet Settings.
  2. Launch app: Select Netflix, YouTube, etc., from Home Menu.
  3. Sign in: Use existing account or create new one.
  4. BD-LIVE: Access extra content on compatible Blu-ray discs (may require USB storage).

Care & Cleaning

Unplug from power before cleaning. Use soft, dry cloth for exterior. For lens cleaning, use approved Blu-ray lens cleaner only.
