Installation

Unpack and inspect all contents. Place the player on a stable, level surface near your TV and audio system.

  1. Connect to TV: Use the included composite (yellow/white/red) cables, or for best quality, use component video cables (not included).
  2. Connect to Audio System: Use the analog audio cables to your TV or stereo, or connect the digital optical/coaxial output to your AV receiver.
  3. Plug the power cord into a standard 120V AC outlet.
  4. Insert the remote control batteries (two AA size).

WARNING! Ensure adequate ventilation around the player. Do not place in an enclosed cabinet or near heat sources.

First-Time Setup

Power on the player and your TV. Set your TV to the correct video input.

  1. Initial Language: The on-screen menu will prompt you to select a language (default is ENGLISH).
  2. TV Type: Set the TV screen format (4:3 or 16:9) to match your television.

  3. Audio: For surround sound, connect the optical or coaxial digital cable to your AV receiver. For stereo, use the red/white analog audio cables.

Playing Discs

Supports a wide variety of disc formats.

Care & Cleaning
