Installation

Connecting Devices

HDMI: Single cable for video and audio to HDTV. Component/Composite: Separate video and audio cables. Audio System: Digital coaxial or analog stereo.

  1. Turn off all devices before connecting cables.
  2. Connect HDMI cable from player's HDMI OUT to TV's HDMI IN.
  3. For audio system, connect digital coaxial cable to receiver's DIGITAL IN.
  4. Select correct input on TV (e.g., HDMI 1) and on audio receiver.

Tip: Use high-speed HDMI cable for 1080p signal.

Playing Media

Supports DVD-Video, audio CDs, MP3 CDs, and JPEG photo CDs/USB.

  1. Insert disc: Press OPEN/CLOSE, place disc label-side up, close tray.
  2. Play: Press PLAY; use SKIP/PREV/NEXT for chapters/tracks.
  3. Navigate: Use MENU or TITLE to access disc menu; use arrow buttons and ENTER.
  4. Stop: Press STOP; press PLAY to resume or OPEN/CLOSE to eject.
  5. Repeat/Shuffle: Press REPEAT or SHUFFLE during playback.
