Installation

Unpack and inspect all components. Place main unit on a stable, well-ventilated surface.

  1. Connect Speakers: Match colored wires to corresponding terminals on the main unit and speakers (Front L/R, Center, Surround L/R).
  2. Connect Subwoofer: Plug the subwoofer's power cord into an outlet and connect the supplied cable to the SUBWOOFER PRE OUT on the main unit.
  3. Connect to TV: Use an HDMI cable from the HDMI OUT port on the main unit to an HDMI input on your TV.
  4. Connect Antenna: Attach the supplied FM wire antenna to the FM 75Ω terminal.
  5. Connect Power: Plug the AC power cord into a wall outlet.

WARNING! Ensure all speaker connections are secure and wires are not pinched. Allow sufficient ventilation around the main unit.

First-Time Setup

Power on the system and your TV; follow the on-screen setup guide.

  1. Initial Setup: Select language, country/region, and confirm speaker connections.
  2. Network Setup: Choose Wi-Fi or wired connection and enter your network credentials.
  3. Speaker Calibration: Use the built-in Auto Calibration (if available) or manually set speaker distances and levels.
  4. TV Connection: Ensure the TV input is set to the correct HDMI port. The system menu should appear.
  5. Clock Setting: Set the current date and time for timer recordings.

CAUTION! Do not connect or disconnect any cables while the unit is powered on.

Controls and Settings

Access the Home Menu via the HOME button on the remote. Front Panel: POWER, OPEN/CLOSE, USB port, FUNCTION button.

Settings: Access via HOME > [Settings]. Audio: Sound Field (AUTO, MOVIE, MUSIC, etc.), EQ, Night Mode, Lip Sync. Video: TV Type, HDMI Resolution, 4K Upscaling. System: Network Update, Speaker Settings, Parental Lock (default password 0000).

Connecting Devices

TV: HDMI (recommended). External Audio: Optical digital cable. USB: For storage devices. Network: Wi-Fi or Ethernet cable.

  1. Turn off the main unit and all devices before connecting.
  2. Use high-speed HDMI cables for best video/audio quality.
  3. Select input source via INPUT or HOME menu (BD, USB, TV, etc.).

Tip: For ARC (Audio Return Channel), enable HDMI Control (Bravia Sync) in the system settings and on your compatible TV.

Playing Discs & Media

Supports Blu-ray, DVD, CD, USB media.

  1. Insert disc: Press OPEN/CLOSE, load disc with label facing up.
  2. Play: Press PLAY; navigate menus with arrow keys and ENTER.
  3. Stop: Press STOP; eject with OPEN/CLOSE.
  4. Skip/Search: Use PREV/NEXT or left/right arrow keys.
  5. Audio/Subtitle: Press AUDIO or SUBTITLE during playback to change tracks.
  6. USB Playback: Insert USB device, select [USB] from HOME menu to browse and play files.
  7. Photo/Music Playback: Supports JPEG, MP3, AAC files from USB or discs.

WARNING! Do not use damaged or irregularly shaped discs. Do not touch the disc laser lens.

Network & Streaming

Connect to the internet to access streaming services and firmware updates.

  1. Ensure your network is working. Go to HOME > [Settings] > [Network Settings] > [Internet Settings].
  2. Select [Wireless Setup] or [Wired Setup] and follow prompts.
  3. Once connected, access apps like Netflix, YouTube from the HOME menu.
  4. For DLNA, ensure your server is on the same network and select [Music], [Photos], or [Videos] from the HOME menu.

Note: A broadband internet connection is required for streaming. Service availability may vary by region.

Care & Cleaning

Unplug the unit from the wall outlet before cleaning. Use a soft, dry cloth. For stubborn stains, dampen the cloth slightly with water. Do not use solvents.

Clean discs by wiping from center to edge with a soft cloth.

CAUTION! Never use benzene, thinners, or other chemicals. Do not allow liquid to enter any openings.
