Initial Setup

Programming the Remote

Two methods: Auto code search and direct code entry.

  4. LED blinks twice if successful; test POWER button.
  5. If no response, repeat with next code for your brand.

Auto Search: Hold DEVICE + POWER until LED blinks, then press CH+ repeatedly until device turns off, then press ENTER to save.

Tip: Keep original remote for learning function if available.

Macro Function Setup

Program multiple commands to single button.

  1. Press and hold MACRO button (if present) for 3 seconds until LED lights.
  2. Press sequence of buttons (e.g., TV POWER, CABLE POWER, DVD INPUT).
  3. Press MACRO again to save; LED turns off.
  4. Assign macro to a button (e.g., press 1 while LED is on).
  5. Test by pressing assigned button; commands execute in order.

Note: Maximum delay between button presses during recording is 2 seconds.

Battery Information

Use alkaline batteries for best performance.

Low battery indicator: LED blinks red 5 times when batteries are weak.

Replacement: Open compartment, remove old batteries, insert new ones (+/- correct).

WARNING! Do not dispose of batteries in fire; may explode. Recycle properly.

Care & Maintenance

Clean with dry, soft cloth. Do not use liquids or abrasives.
