Initial Setup & Battery Installation

Learn commands from original remote if code not available.

  1. Place original remote and Sony remote facing each other (3-5 cm apart).
  2. Press and hold LEARN on Sony remote until indicator lights.
  3. Press device button (TV, DVD, etc.) to assign learned command.
  4. Press button on Sony remote you want to teach (e.g., INPUT).
  5. Press corresponding button on original remote.
  6. Indicator flashes to confirm learning. Repeat for other buttons.
  7. Press LEARN to exit learning mode.

WARNING! Keep remotes steady and close during learning. Avoid strong light interference.

Macro Programming

Program a sequence of commands to multiple devices with one button press.

  1. Press and hold MACRO button until indicator lights.
  2. Press device button (e.g., TV) and command (e.g., POWER) for first step.
  3. Wait 1 second, then press next device button (e.g., DVD) and command.
  4. Repeat for up to 10 steps.
  5. Press MACRO again to save sequence.
  6. To execute macro, press MACRO then any device button to run sequence.

Example: "Watch DVD" macro: 1) Turn on TV, 2) Turn on DVD, 3) Set TV to correct input.

Care & Maintenance

Remove batteries if not used for extended period. Clean with dry, soft cloth. Do not expose to extreme temperatures, humidity, or direct sunlight.
