Installation

Unpack and inspect contents. Place on stable surface near TV.

  1. Connect to TV: Use RF cable from VCR's RF OUT to TV's ANT IN.

  3. Record: Press REC (and PLAY for some models); select channel/source.
  4. Pause: Press PAUSE during play/record; press again to resume.
  5. Fast Search: Press FF or REW during play for visual search.
  6. Index Search: Press INDEX SEARCH to find next index mark.
  7. Auto Repeat: Enable in menu for continuous playback.

WARNING! Do not expose tapes to magnets, heat, or moisture.

Timer Recording

Program up to 8 recordings over one month period.

  1. Press TIMER REC on remote.
  2. Select program number (1-8).
  3. Set start/stop time, date, channel, and tape speed.
  4. Ensure tape is inserted and record tab intact.
  5. VCR will enter standby; automatically record at set time.

Note: Clock must be set correctly for timer to work.

Care & Cleaning
